Sponsor a Long Run
Sponsor a Short Run

Here at Paddy Runs for Boston, we have donation plans catering to all tastes and budgets.  Are you my friend?  Great!  Kick in $3 and make me go the extra mile for you.  Are you my enemy?  Even better!  Donate $20 and send me on a 30-mile gut-wrencher or wager $15 and put me through the strain of running a 10k in under 40 minutes.  No matter how you donate, we're helping people and that's the whole point.  Check out our plans and choose one that's right for you....

For a donation of $10, you'll get me off the couch for a six-mile outing, the details of which will be dramatically and humorously described in a Paddy Runs for Boston Blog post - all of which are given the full scope of my rapier wit and public school

education. You'll also get a copy lovingly hand-emailed to you for you and your family to admire and treasure.

If you're the type that likes farting in elevators or pulling the wings off of butterflies, you might be interested in sponsoring a long run.  For a donation of $20 or more, you'll send me on an odyssey stretching anywhere from 13 to 30 miles - you choose the distance.  Every grueling mile, every painful incident will be related in the Paddy Runs for Boston Blog and you'll even get an emailed copy to gloat over to your heart's content.

Try this....take a bowl, coffee cup, or similar vessel and put it on your dresser.  Start filling it up with change when you empty your pockets at night.  When it's full, dump the contents into a bag and give it to me.  I'll pull out the dryer lint, sort the coins and donate the money.  What could be freakin' easier?!  It sounds silly, but all that change can really add up!  Last year, my own changebowl yielded $60!

Oh, you think this is easy?  Put your money where your mouth is.  Pony up $15 bucks and you've earned the right to issue me a challenge.  Take a look at the PRFB race calendar and pick an event.  Now pick a finishing time for me to shoot for.  If I beat it, you kick in an extra ten bucks.  If I don't, I kick in ten.  It's a run for your money.  You can also choose a finishing place (top 3 overall, top 3 in age group, top 20, top 100, etc...).  Plug my name plus "race resuts" into a search engine for further research.

The Extra Mile

Here's a plan anyone can afford.  Donate three bucks and make me go the extra mile.  In exchange for your donation, I'll tack an extra mile on to the end of a run.  You'll get an email with the time, location, and circumstances, plus a shout-out on the Facebook page!  C'mon....it's three bucks.  Go for it!

(This one you can only do in person, folks.  Our fancy donation site won't accept donations under ten dollars.   You've actually got to hand me the $3.  Or email me and I'll get it from you next time I see you)
